When I was working at finexis Advisory Pte Ltd (Jul 2014 - Present), I demonstrated the Team Building skill when I was part of a pilot group of 20 consultants being personally mentored by the CEO. To tackle this challenge, I proactively collaborated with my peers by sharing ideas, pushed each other and encouraged each other. As a result, I managed to win an award with 13 other consultants to be part of the top 3% of consultants in the world in terms of ethics and competency.

What is the next career goal that you are planning for?
I am passionate about skills set acquiring. I am looking forward to being a trainer to young and aspiring consultants in my team.

What achievements in your career are you most proud of?
In a short span of 2 years, I was able to help 50 clients save a total of $2mil in their insurance premiums. Humbled to have the trust of these clients

What experience did you find most invaluable in your career so far?
I find that the experience of constantly realising blind spots in my perception of the working world vs reality was invaluable in helping me make decisions regarding dealing with people extremely invaluable.

If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same path for yourself? If not, what would you change?
Yes, I would have chosen the same path because I was lucky to have met great mentors who believed in me more than I believed in myself. A good mentor has opened up new opportunities to learn, fail and grow.
