Summary
My eyes will always light up when I speak to individuals or in a group about their lives, their passions, their relationships or simply about themselves. These opportunities to know them and to partner them on ideas to improve lives and create bountifulness, inject life into me.
Sports, any kind of sports, will spark much joy in me. Having managed many sports teams at various levels, I have learnt to appreciate the values sports bring to the humankind. When I play sports or just exercising, the adrenaline always keeps me going, wanting for more. Fitness and Health Management is a passion for me. It gives me much fulfilment to see those who I have guided achieving their goals set for themselves!
Having worked with business owners from different countries, I have acquired skills, knowledge and attitude to enable me to speak to people with confidence. The experiences with different nationalities provided me with opportunities to be exposed to different industries and how they function.
I am always looking for opportunities to help people in all walks of life, all SES status, all age and gender, all stages of your career, studies and relationships. Let us start a conversation!

When I was working at Ministry Of Education (Jan 2003 - Dec 2020), I demonstrated the Coaching Staff skill when I was responsible for teachers development and mentoring. To take initiative, I proactively spoke to many teachers and guided them in their teaching and learning as well as their career development. As a result, I managed to positively affect them in their performance and motivation to achieve.

When I was working at Korea Trade Centre (Jan 1999 - Dec 2003), I demonstrated the Marketing Development skill when I was responsible for the trade development between Singaporean and Korean businesses. To tackle this challenge, I proactively searched for new leads in Singapore and to match these businesses to those relevant businesses in different areas in Korea. As a result, I managed to strengthen ties between these businesses and guided them to have long term business relationships.

To Uplift as many people as I can. To spread the message of Bountifulness. And to bring everyone along!

What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
As Life Coaching is a relatively unknown field, it will take quite a bit of effort and marketing to create awareness. However, this becomes an opportunity for me to share with more people about the good work that we are doing!

What do you like most about your work?
Whenever I have a conversation with my client, I discover so many new information and knowledge! These forms new perspective for me which enables me to help even more people! This chain reaction excites me everyday!

What is your personal goal in your profession?
What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
Not understanding that everyone is different. This can lead to drastic consequences in the work environment.

What experience did you find most invaluable in your career so far?
Definitely is the different people that I coach every single day. I learn something new daily with my work with my students, my staff as well as the various stakeholders. Whether it is in the schools or in the private sector, this will stay the same.

I bring creativity, ideas and enthusiam. My leadership skills are out of the box and I bring synergy and team sprit to teams that I lead.

What do you like most about your work?
My passion is to share experiences with people. I enjoy helping, guiding, mentoring, training and most importantly, coaching anyone who is in need. This gives me the ultimate sense of joy and fulfilment.
