The most invaluable experience in my current work will be understanding and experiencing the meaning of individual difference and communication. Our department is made up of awesome people from different races, nationalities, working style and cultural background, and of course, unavoidably, conflicts do happen sometimes - how to initiate conversation to approach the issue and how to communicate to get BOTH yours and his/her message across each other are the skill that Im still learning.
