Design of Fully Differential Wideband Amplifier: NTU Singapore, Jan 2017
•Characterized the Bias Circuit and Wideband Amplifier using Cadence tools; Designed constant gm bias circuit and fully differential wideband amplifier to meet the given specifications across different process corners TT,FF,SS,SF,FF. Made the Layout of the circuit to perform LVS, PEX and Post Layout Simulation.
Digital IC Design Project-
Frequency Tuner in the AMOS 0.35 μm CMOS technology: NTU Singapore, Dec 2017
• Designed a frequency tuner to determine the maximum operating frequency of a UUT
(counter). Developed the circuit-microarchitecture and performed RTL modelling (Verilog),
conducted pre-synthesis logic simulation using a test-bench and performed synthesis.
