What is the next career goal that you are planning for?
Now I am embarking on my new adventures to fulfil my next career goal. Leveraging on my total 25 years experience in banking and life insurance distribution and the last 5 years working with the millennials and young affluent on financial services career and financial literacy, I am building my life agency business consultancy and performance coaching business in SG and the regions - Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

What achievements in your career are you most proud of?
I am happy and motivated to have business partners, mentors and guiding aspiring individuals in the industry and today many are successful corporate leaders, financial advisors and entrepreneurs.

What are some personal projects or ideas you have worked on or are working on now?
I have successfully run different programme for young financial advisors to the industry ranging from internship, life skills academy and new hire transformation onboarding journey. Currently, I am partnering a group of veteran financial advisors and leaders to refresh their personal and organisation branding, and succession planning for business continuity for the next generations.

What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
The financial industry is ever evolving with new regulations, practices and competitions. To keep going, stay motivated and achieve excellence, I have learnt to keep myself updated thru constant learning, having trusted mentors for guidance and be clear on my career goals at every stage of my life.
