What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
Customer education. As strange as it sounds, it is not easy to educate highly educated people in my field. We are in the cutting edge of research technologies, and people need to look beyond just the fun toys in the lab, and think of how to best get the information out of these toys and talents.
