What do you like most about your work?
In a fast-paced working atmosphere, I am exposed to and learning new knowledge every day. And my work has an important influence on product development. I like the feeling of fulfillment.

How do you effectively manage your work?
I make weekly and daily working schedules. I arrange the tasks according to the tasks emergency, difficulty, time-consuming, and resources involved. The schedules help me accomplish my tasks efficiently.

What would you bring to a team if you join them?
1. I am a team player. I can work with cross-functional teams smoothly to develop campaign and product roadmap. I am also a supporter of my teammates.
2. I am a problem solver. When our team encounters problems, instead of worrying about the problems, I analyze the situation, make plans, and coordinate sources to resolve the problems. Most importantly, working on problems with a positive mindset.
3. I am a multi-tasker and keen learner. I need to learn and adapt much new knowledge in the workplace. I am currently learning Python to explore the marketing analysis area.- Upvote | 1

What are the tools or technology that you enjoy using for your work?
1. For competitive intelligence research, I leverage App Annie, Sensor Tower to develop differentiating message position for our product.
2. For branding and user acquisition, I run campaigns on Facebook, Google, Apple, TikTok, and Snapchat.
3. For user analysis, I use third-party platforms like Google Analytics, Branch io, and Appsflyer to analyze user behaviour and quality. Also, I need to find out in-depth data in our own database via SQL.
4. For creating marketing materials, I need to use Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After effect to create posters or video. I sometimes also need to draw a UX (user experience) for an event page with Axure.
